Curriculum 3: Ice CoolSeeing icebergs floating silently by in the Southern Oceans is a truly inspiring sight. But they remind us that the fresh water they carry is something vital to all life and something we need to use wisely and well.

Curriculum 4: Perfect PenguinsThere is something very captivating about penguins. They look like little people as they waddle around the rocky shoreline and across icy horizons. But these characterful, curious little creatures are also incredibly caring of their young, withstanding bitterly cold weather to protect their offspring.
